It was the best hollywood waxing experience since i moved to Bristol. Therapist was very caring and she made sure i was feeling okay the whole time. Also the experience was less painful than the ones i had before in Bristol.

My eye lashes were over permed and wonky, they are curling back on themselves and are fizzy.
I am so embarrassed to leave the house with how they look. I have had LVL done in the past at other places and have never had results as horrific as this. I would go back to ask them to be corrected but I don't want them to be touched any again
