I assume this isn’t a real business and Trixie is a scammer. She cancelled my appointment via text an hour before, and is a then didn’t tell treatwell she’d done so for well over a month in spite of calls and texts asking her to. She sent me a screenshot of what she’d finally said to customer service and it read: “She didn’t show up and now she’s mad she’s not received a refund” Which of course is implying I no-showed, not that she cancelled. She was also pretty rude via text. Still no refund.
