I was charged a much, much higher price on Treatwell than the price on their price lists on their walls in the salon. When I questioned this I was told the price is higher on Treatwell and I should come direct next time - no apology or offer to refund the difference! Left feeling ripped off.

Back and front of shirt soaked from wash. Layer not cut as deeply as I wanted. Asked for more money for having my hair washed although I have always had it washed there. Don't see why customer should foot the expense for PPA equipment when grant was given by govt.
