Rizwana is lovely however, the issue started when I was seen by Farrah. The massage I booked and paid for was unable to go ahead due to staff sickness. Farrah carried out my wax (wax was too hot, which I mentioned and she carried on) I was left with hairs remaining which rizwana usually does not. I asked to cancel my massage but farrah was eager for me to rebook. After them having to reschedule then myself a week later, Farrah was very rude when I finally asked to cancel
