I was very disappointed overall with my experience. To start, when washing my hair the lady assigned to wash my hair had to alternate constantly between really warm almost very hot water to very cold water. This was uncomfortable and she said that they only have either temperatures. I told Farah to keep the length of my hair, and remove the dead end as she planned however she cut a lot of my hair which I spent ages growing out. She also put very minimal effort into my blow dry.

The customer service was good but my treatment didn’t start until 35mins later than my booked time so I was running late for my next appointment, it was my first time so maybe it will be improved at my next appointment
