Couldn't fault the haircut itself, it was exactly what I asked for. The staff are lovely, friendly and chatty. Overall it was a great, my only comments would be that the hairdressers were running a bit late so leave a bit of extra time if you're in a rush to get somewhere, and it would have been nice to have received a head massage

Had a great first visit, and am very happy with the way she listened to what I wanted, offered her opinion and we settled on something that really worked.
