This salon did not have the courtesy to call me to advise my booked therapist left early so I would not be seen. Their excuse was my number was not on treatwell which is false as I receive text notifications through treatwell in the past. I arrived half hour early and could have been told as soon as I walked through the door but they told me at 16:35 having made me wait. Unprofessional I would not recommend.
