Lisa did exactly what I asked with my hair (I know i shouldn't have to say that but after many hair disasters I was so pleased!). She was very friendly and I would recommend her for a cut and colouring any day! My hair looks and feels lovely and everyone in the salon was welcoming, chatty and friendly.
