Despite the staff was very nice and friendly, my hair cut wasn't done correctly. I asked for long Bob but my hair ends up the same length all around and flat at the top of the back of my head. Master correct the shape after I ask for it by putting layers on the top, which should be done under the top layer of my hair for right shaping. Master didn't know how to do this style of hair cut, which is very fashionable at the moment. I have to look for another hairdresser to correct that and possible wait for a couple of months until my hair grows enough at the front now to achieve the desired shape!!! On the top of that I was asked for extra £5 for styling my hair. Very disapoiting.

Amazing the first week or so but my thumb chipped half way through my holiday and it’s my first experience with gel nails so don’t know if this is normal? Would get again

Had Katrina again, i have some problem area’s due to a bad cut, but my hair was cut too short this time, when i asked for it ‘to be cut a bit nearer’ the problems area she went to far and cut to much off.

Cath was lovely, made the experience lovely. Cut was exactly as I wanted.. and plenty of advice given on how to keep my hair in good condition. Will defiantly be returning again soon x
