My first visit to this salon and it was a very welcoming atmosphere which instantly put me at ease. Katrina was friendly and knowledgable and I found it very easy to talk to her about what I wanted with her able to take this on board and share her opinions without making me feel pressured in any way. An all round pleasant experience which I look forward to repeating soon!
