All great. My only suggestion would be to add the soft rubber cushions to the backwash sinks to protect people's necks. They would make a huge difference to customers comfort.

Emma was lovely and professional. My tan was done well but I'm not sure I fully liked the colour but thats just personal preference it doesn't take away from the fact it was a good experience
