The atmosphere was so relaxed here! I didn’t feel awkward during my appointment and I didn’t feel too shy to talk, everyone inside was super friendly and my appointment went by quicker than I thought it would. The overall experience was lovely and I was in very capable hands, I would definitely recommend this place especially for those who are nervous of hairdressers!

I've never been more unhappy with a haircut. The staff were all very friendly but the haircut I was given is awful. I've given it a week to get used to but it still looks bad and uneven. I have thick hair and I explicitly mentioned this to my stylist when she was shaping around my face, but I've been left with what looks like a box fringe that's halfway through growing out. It is much shorter than I asked for and it wasn't thinned out as requested. I didn't think I could be this upset over hair.

Cath has been cutting and colouring my hair for over 25years I have followed her through different salons as she is so very pleasant, makes me laugh and always does a fabulous job she is very skilled at what she does 😁
