Alice is amazing so understanding and caring. She clearly understood the assignment of a full body massage. It was nice to see a very busy salon with lots going on. The beauty room is like a little retreat. I was made to feel at ease with Alice. I can not wait to return for another massage in a couple of weeks. I left feeling very relaxed. Thanks Alice.

I booked for a Hollywood wax which I’ve had many times before. Alice didn’t give me a moment alone to get changed and was quite awkward. The wax used was very poor quality so it was more painful than a wax I’ve ever had before. I told her she was hurting me and she said “well it is a wax”. She struggled to pull the wax off and kept asking me to help pull the skin etc which is also something I’ve never experienced. In the end I asked her to stop unfinished. She still wanted me to pay full price
