I booked for a Hollywood wax which I’ve had many times before. Alice didn’t give me a moment alone to get changed and was quite awkward. The wax used was very poor quality so it was more painful than a wax I’ve ever had before. I told her she was hurting me and she said “well it is a wax”. She struggled to pull the wax off and kept asking me to help pull the skin etc which is also something I’ve never experienced. In the end I asked her to stop unfinished. She still wanted me to pay full price
