I’ve been waxing for years and this was by far the worst experience. Had wax all over my hands as was told to hold back my own skin - which I’ve never experienced and was never offered anywhere to wash my hands off. Weirdest and most awkward experience given a Hollywood wax is such an intimidate area I was left in such an awkward experience.

A fabulous experience, everybody was lovely and very accommodating. I took my young child with me to my appointment and the whole place was very child friendly. Alice is amazing, super patient and helpful. My eyelashes looked perfect, she took her time and made sure they turned out great. Having the hair salon separate is a nice touch and allows you to relax when getting your eyelashes done or facials etc. would definitely recommend for any beauty treatment.
