Very confusing on arrival; salon was very busy and chaotic; there was no one at the front desk to welcome. No acknowledgement from any member of staff. Massage was ok, but felt very rushed, not much care care shown, did not feel valued as a customer

I arrived at Trez with a stiff neck and left feeling fully flexible and able to turn my head without wincing. Thanks Alice. A wonderfully relaxing half-hour that resolved a long-standing niggling ache. Alice may be tiny but her massages are mighty!!
