Alice is very welcoming and friendly but it wasn’t the kind of deep cleansing facial I was expecting. Would have preferred extractions and a proper mask applied to my skin rather than a sheet mask. Massage was nice.

Such a relaxing deep massage that gently soothed all my knots and stresses. I could have fallen asleep enveloped in the low music, ambient lighting, the cosy hot bed and fragrant oils. Such a treat.
