I was seen straight away despite being 30 minutes early. The staff are extremely nice and welcoming. Charlotte, had completed my Japanese straightening treatment and was very polite and attentive. My hair looks fabulous and much easier to manage. Thank you.

The straightening treatment was excellent, my hair is very straight now. Staff was lovely amd accommodating. The salon is very small and difficult to find, it is clean but the ambience is not nice.
