Charlotte listened to what I wanted and was very patient with my requests throughout the cut. I have a very short pixie hairstyle and also asked her to refine the fringe when the cut was finished, which she did straight away. I'm giving it 4 stars because the following day I realised the shaving machine had cut my neck, but I still plan to go back
