Tresses is a small salon, which I liked as it was quiet and felt approachable. Charlotte was friendly and had a very calming nature. She took careful care to clean after the previous client and asked me questions throughout the haircut to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. I didn't actually have my hair washed or dried, just a dry cut, but that suited me fine. I will be going back, it was a very easy and relaxing experience.

I had a wash, blowdry, straighten (with GHDs) and trim. Charlotte was so professional, very quick (I have a lot of 4C hair and she blow dried it in minutes) and the cut had feathering at the front which now frames my face. This is my second time in her chair and I would go back again and again!

Charlotte was absolutely amazing! The whole experience was quick and easy, the shop was cosy and smelled lovely. Charlotte did my hair and because of the precision and care she took, it made my braids last longer than they ever have before! I would definitely recommend her and think it’s great value for money.

My third visit to Tresses Excel and this time I decided to get a wash, cut and blow dry - Charlotte really did a wonderful job on cutting my hair how I wanted it; taking time, care and attention at all times. I still thoroughly recommend her hairdressing skills. She's a lovely friendly lady. 5 stars are well deserved.
