I was greeted and welcome upon arrival. I've always felt at ease when going for my haircut at trendline. The staff are so friendly and great at what they do. Getting my haircut is one of the things I leave till last as I dislike it but Sophie was very kind made me feel comfortable and we had a really nice conversation and well the end result of my haircut was amazing. Definitely book again in a few months time
