Stef is one of the best massage therapists I know. Her knowledge of anatomy and pathology is second to none! Being a sporty person herself she can give great advice on stretching and strengthening exercises where needed. Her more relaxing treatments are just wonderful too, she always knows how to zonk me out.
Great Friendly Atmosphere with Professional advice, great energy and understanding of my current injury and old issues, and was able to help me progress with the right treatment to a stronger recovery.
Would highly recommend Stef and Charlie they do a fantastic job,
