Cutting corners with cheap products, rushing and staff absolutely rude. I’ve been coming here for ages now and I’ve always been happy but the last two services I got we’re a joke. Left the place and the same evening my nails were cracking. Came back a week later with half my nails cracked as they said they’d sort it out. Not once did they apologise all they did was laugh at me, and rushed the nails basically slapping my hands. She only did one coat of white for the french tip so basically looks transparent compared to the other nails that were done in the first place. How can you charge 40 quid and do such a bad job and have such revolting customer service?
