Poor experience, nails were not all shaped the same and the colour was patchy with brush strokes in it. I also had to tell them I wanted I had booked through treatwell as they didn’t know. In regards to the colour when I mentioned it to them they were happy enough to do another coat of paint but this did not correct the problem. In fact we changed the colour completely the next day to try to resolve the issue but it wasn’t just the nail varnish but their technique. I was not the only one to mention that their nail varnish wasn’t good quality. Gave up trying to get them to correct it and went back to my regular salon in Fulham. Reason for going was it was closer than them and more convenient for me to try somewhere local.
