Loved - quick service, the time and effort spent on the manicure, look & feel of the salon, the value Surprised - range of colours, how easy it was to make and change an appointment Improve - I'd encourage the staff to talk more to their customers to build rapport and bring them back again. It’s as much about the relationship as it is about the manicure itself
