I only went to this place because my usual place was fully booked so I thought I’d try it out because of the good reviews.. I wasn’t entirely satisfied with my treatment. I had the European lady that was awfully quiet and done things very fast and rough. She over cut my cuticles and wasn’t very clean on removing all the dust after buffering my nails and started to paint after wiping the nails only on one hand. She didn’t even check properly to see if the nails are at equal length and just seemed like she just got the job done for the sake of it and not taking care paying attention to clients nails as she should. All the other staff seemed really nice and the place is really clean but I wouldn’t ever want my nails to get done by her again especially for the money I paid. Im just not happy with the service she provided me and not up to standard compared to my usual place I get my nails done in New Malden. The lady there takes care of nails as if she was doing her own.
