Horrible. Had my nails done there today, paid £40 and they look sooo bad. First they asked me to pay £5 extra for the same treatment I had a month ago there, because I booked trough Treatwell and not them. The guy, who started doing my nails didn’t even clean my cuticles, even tho it is included in the price. Half way trough one girl come over and replaced him, I have no idea why, because all the time they were speaking their language and no one bothered to explain me what is happening. it is so unprofessional and annoying to speak a language, different then English on your work place, Knowing that your customers doesn’t understand you. They were keep shouting stuff over the customers in their language all the time. The girl, who finish my nails wasn’t much different. She asked me to go under the drier, when my nails still looked totally unfinished. They were all uneven some were longer than the other , very badly shaped and not even cleaned from all the excess plastics and powders and were not fully covered with colour. I had to tell her that my nails are uneven, and shapeless and ask her to file and clean them. And the top of all, were when she still asked me to pay the extra £5. I will never go there again!!
