I am so impressed - honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had all round. extraction facial was the most delicate I’ve ever had, but also super thorough and professional - I didn’t feel any pain and afterwards my skin was ok and has already healed! Didn’t think it was possible. My therapist was so kind - i had crutches and she went above and beyond to make sure I was ok- thank you!! She didn’t push any treatment or products on me either. will b back in 2 weeks❤️

The salon is lovely, and so was the atmosphere. The beautician was lovely too but patches of hairs were left on my legs in noticeable areas: around the ankles, knee and inner thighs. In all fairness, I do have thin hairs that grow unevenly and she did warn me that the tiny hairs might remain, which I appreciate. However the hairs that remain are on the longer side, so I wonder if the wax was applied there?
