I booked a 1hr15 hot stone massage and 15min head massage add-on. I arrived to a loud / chaotic atmosphere and was told that I would receive a Swedish massage instead, which lasted for only an hour with no head massage. Although I was refunded for the head massage and the price difference of hot stone vs Swedish, it was hard to relax and the experience was negatively impacted by the poor customer service informing me of the change and the forgotten treatment.
