I was really nervous as it was my first Hollywood wax, but Amu was honestly amazing and made me feel completely at ease straight away. She’s friendly, professional, and reassuring, which really helped me relax during the whole appointment. The process was much less awkward and less painful than I expected, and she talked me through everything so I knew what was happening. I left feeling really comfortable and happy with the result. I would definitely recommend Amu and will be coming back!
