The experience was very traumatic. I have been getting bikini waxes done for 4 years so not my first time but this was not a normal experience.
The room was very dirty, unsanitaryand had security cameras in front of the bed I was on. Cleanliness protocols are ignored with using the same stick the whole way through the service and using a reusable powder puff. I had to stop as she was making me very uncomfortable, unsafe and was clearly not something she knew how to do. Would never go back.

my facial was really great, very relaxing, all natural products which smelt amazing, and my skin feels really clean and refreshed. Neha was lovely, warm and welcoming, and did a really good on the facial. the room was nicely decorated. thank you!
