Tal did a lovely job on my cut and highlights. He both listened to me and had suggestions as well. I was offered tea and coffee more than once and even though it was busy, I didn't feel like I was being rushed. He really took his time with my blow dry too (alas, it didn't make it home, but that's just my hair, not his fault!)
The salon is clean and all the staff very pleasant. The Treatwell deal is great value, and the normal prices are commiserate with other central London salons.
My only concern is that it felt quite young - well, really, I felt a little bit too old to be there, not a reflection on anything they did wrong - but I still think I will go back, as the cut and colour are lovely.
the best haircut experience I've ever had. very professional and friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere. many thanks to Tony for being so attentive and giving advice on the look and styling. amazing head massage too :) would definitely recommend

Transition salon truly is a hidden gem. From the moment I walked in, the stuff made my comfort and enjoyment their top priority (to be fair, my appointment was at 4pm so the place wasn't too busy). Tony, my stylist, was absolutely brilliant. He took a few minutes to make sure he understood what I wanted him to do, but he also didn't hesitate to politely make his own suggestions. It was a real team effort. The cut looks fabulous - it is even better than what I had in mind! You'll definitely get your money's worth.
