Torie has been openly communicating with me as to what I want and as to what she thinks looks good with regards to my face shape, original hair colour and skin. She was very sweet and gentle all throughout. She had a dog Tina, who was so cute and occasionally adorably distracting me from the time :) I was very hesitant to start a new hairstyle but Torie made me feel secure with her skills. I'm definitely coming back for my future appointments!
