Have been once before, and was very impressed, so I was hopeful! Took a picture and I appreciated the advice I was given, but the end result was a little flat. Would perhaps go back but insist on staying with what I really wanted.

I was booked in for a wash, cut and blow dry with Toni. The service was great, couldn't fault it and my I was really pleased with the end result of my hair. Going back for a colour treatment. 10/10
