The staff were lovely and the haircut was good, however I did have to wait for about half an hour before anyone actually started washing my hair. I didn't mind though given the price!

The salon is really lovely and the staff are really nice. I had a haircut with Tony. The haircut was a bit shorter than I thought it would be but on the other hand, it does look quite great so even though it is not exactly what I had in mind, Tony did a really good job.

The salon is difficult to find and the photograph on the website is a little misleading. The cut itself was fine and the blowdry was okay. Instead of introducing herself the first thing the stylist did was loudly announce how dry and difficult my hair would be and that I shouldn't be disappointed if she couldn't do it properly - needless to say I was taken aback and a little unhappy with these comments - it's one thing to be honest but it was embarrassing to do so in front of the other client in the salon and the stylist was really quite insensitive about this. In the end things were fine but I felt quite uncomfortable throughout the entire process. I would never pay the full price for this experience but all in all I am satisfied with the results.
Customer service could be improved - e.g. offering a drink.
