The salon is difficult to find and the photograph on the website is a little misleading. The cut itself was fine and the blowdry was okay. Instead of introducing herself the first thing the stylist did was loudly announce how dry and difficult my hair would be and that I shouldn't be disappointed if she couldn't do it properly - needless to say I was taken aback and a little unhappy with these comments - it's one thing to be honest but it was embarrassing to do so in front of the other client in the salon and the stylist was really quite insensitive about this. In the end things were fine but I felt quite uncomfortable throughout the entire process. I would never pay the full price for this experience but all in all I am satisfied with the results.
Customer service could be improved - e.g. offering a drink.

Toni was incredibly friendly and lovely - the head massage was very relaxing and I am very pleased with the way he dealt with transforming my long hair into a fresh and cute short haircut. Will definitely come back & recommend to my other long-haired friends!

Everything was tip-top! From being offered drinks when I got in, to being consulted on colour and haircut and blowdry. This was one of the best experiences I had in a salon! I can recommend Tal and his colleagues to everyone! It was a very relaxing atmosphere. Thank you!

This is a beautiful salon with careful attention to all the details. I went a bit shorter than I planned but I have grown to love my new hairstyle. The package deal with colour and cut was excellent value compared to other salons in the area.
