I had booked in for a wash, treatment, cut, and blow dry. The salon is stunning and I was seated promptly and offered a cold drink. Once seated the stylist talked through how I wanted my hair cut. He then washed and conditioned my hair but no mention was made of any treatment or hair specific conditioners so I can only assume none was applied. Cut was a simple trim with some face framing layers and a fringe. Blow dry was awful and despite it being a hot dry day, as my hair had not been thoroughly blow dried it was frizzy within an hour of leaving. All in all not worth the money spent and an even greater shame I did not receive the treatment paid for. Kfir was very pleasant though.

Great salon! Very clean and the staff are very attentive and thoughtful. Tony, the stylist, was very good and cut my hair in a lovely manner. Overall this salon is great, easy to access.. There is almost a coffee shop in the salon and you have have a cup of coffe with your haircut!

Nice staff, seemed interested in my opinion . Treatment and head message were fab. Fell a little short on cutting nearly cut hair into fringe when said was growing it out. Asked about hair colours didn't offer much inspiration. blow dried hair well overall left feeling happy but not ecstatic about experience.

I loved my treatment at Transition. I was seen very quickly, the facilities are beautifully decorated. I had an amazing head massage and was really pampered. Toni listened to my very vague and awkward instructions and was really attentive. The blow dry was done carefully and the soft curl effect he gave my hair was beautiful. Will definitely be back.
