The venue was very easy to find and it was easy to get the appointment booked. Upon arrival, i was seated and the stylist asked what i was wanting to do with my hair. I told him that i wanted to keep the length but wanted it styled and the dry tips taken off. He said it was fine so then he proceeded and took me to the wash basins to get my hair washed. All was going well and then he proceeded to cut my hair. After the haircut he queried how i wanted it blow dried and i requested that he made it wavy/curly, which he did. All in all the venue was nice and was nicely located but the service wasn't great, for one he hardly styled my hair, just trimmed here and there and did not take off all the dry tips that i requested. And after having finished the cut and blow dry, i was left with a hair clip in my hair that he had somehow manged to miss.

Beautiful salon, modern and immaculate. Very chilled atmostphere and a nice friendly welcome. Really liked the finish to my blow dry especially-sometimes I've found hairdressers can't be bothered to take the time to do a proper curly finish but I was very happy they did here.

Nice, friendly staff. Cut was good although a little overpriced as it wasn't the best I've had. Did enjoy the head massage though!
