Fantastic head massage. Good cut. Excellent blow dry -- he took a lot of time to make sure it looked tip-top. I felt thoroughly pampered and the experience was entirely positive.

My top priority is to get a good haircut and what I ask for. My haircut is far too short. I asked for the length to remain on top and showed the stylist a photograph. He kept telling me not to look at the photo and suggested that my hair could not be cut in that style. However, many years ago I did indeed have that style and it worked very well. I now have to wait AGAIN for my hair to grow. I don't understand, lately, why it is so difficult to get what I ask for.
