I had booked in for the wash cut head massage and blow dry, the guy cut my hair while it was wet and after 45 minutes the next client came in and i was given to another hairdresser to dry my hair and straighten it. I was then passed back to the original hairdresser who left the other client waiting. He then cut my hair again because the first time wasn't right.
it still wasn't right so he passed me off to the other hairdresser again. I left happy but not ecstatic with the experience. I have very thick hair and felt bit like they didn't know how to deal with it. They were unable/capable to do what i wanted.
