I arrived to my appointment through booking via Treatwell for a cut, blowdry, head massage and hair treatment package. They forgot to provide the hair treatment so I had to ask for it. The head massage was no different to any other hairdresser.
I asked for my hair length to be an inch below my chin. When it's dry it sits an inch above my chin even though I questioned this and was assured that it would definitely be cut at the length I requested. A bit disappointing to be honest.
