I had a bad experience in this salon. I asked for most of the length of my very long hair to remain but came out with hair that barely skims my shoulders. Once my hair curls again after a wash, my new cut will look very short. This happened despite me showing a picture of my desired cut that was only slightly shorter than mine was.
Throughout, the hairdresser was silent, and what should have been a relaxing head massage during the washing stage was punctuated with a baby crying. At the end of this, I almost cried at the loss of my hair I'd taken years growing!
As the paying customer you hope to be listened to! Next time I will only go to a hairdresser who has been directly recommended by a friend.

I have long hair and had a trim from one of the hairstylists and I was happy with the results. Unlike some hairdressers he respected what I wanted (trying to keep as much of the length) and trimmed only the necessary length. Although nothing particularly adventurous, I came out happy.
