I think I found my new go-to salon in London! My stylist was incredibly nice and accommodating. He took the time to understand my hair concerns and cut my hair beautifully (and quickly). Also, love that they use Bumble & Bumble products here.

Very nice salon. The outcome was really bad. I showed pictures of what I wanted so it was quite clear but the outcome was almost not noticeable. So it was quite a waste of money

I had a bad experience in this salon. I asked for most of the length of my very long hair to remain but came out with hair that barely skims my shoulders. Once my hair curls again after a wash, my new cut will look very short. This happened despite me showing a picture of my desired cut that was only slightly shorter than mine was.
Throughout, the hairdresser was silent, and what should have been a relaxing head massage during the washing stage was punctuated with a baby crying. At the end of this, I almost cried at the loss of my hair I'd taken years growing!
As the paying customer you hope to be listened to! Next time I will only go to a hairdresser who has been directly recommended by a friend.
