I had such an amazing blow dry from Sofia, she really knew what she was doing and used different size brushes to give my hair wonderfully bouncy curls which lasted ages

The front of my hair is so uneven I could cry. The person that did my hair was very sweet but they took way too long cutting. I'm not that precious about my hair but when I got back to work and looked at it in then mirror I noticed that the feathering at the front looks like chunks have been lobbed off. I'd go back to complain and for them to fix it, but honestly don't want anyone from there to touch my hair again.
