I had a junior stylist work on my hair and although I thought it would be a fairly straightforward haircut (cut off the split ends and add some layers that works for the new length) I felt like I was expected to direct the stylist more. I am not used to this and usually just let the stylist do what they think is best. My hair looks perfectly fine and at that price I am certainly not complaining but it made the experience a bit awkward for me personally.
