Sofia was absolutely great - she made good suggestions and put up with me not knowing what I wanted. I was really happy with the cut and blow dry.

For a hair salon in Fitzrovia I was expecting a professional, high standard experience but unfortunately that’s not what I received. My haircut was booked with Kfir but i’m not sure if it was him as he never actually introduced himself to me. He cut my hair at least 4 inches short than I wanted - “I don’t want to lose too much length I just want a bit of layering at the front”. He used no heat protection or products on my hair before blow drying it for at least 20 minutes - I could feel my hair frying.
I was really hoping to find a new hairdressers I would want to go back to regularly but I definitely won’t be going back there. I’ve lost all the length I was hoping not to lose and then had my hair blow dried to a crisp.

Tal is amazing, best colour and cuts, especially as I have very long hair and a lot of hair dresses in the past have found it hard to manage.
