It was really lovely experience and so relaxing. However, it took quite longer time more than I had expected. It was fine I didn't have any other business after that, but in the future, I wonder could I get similar experience within the expected time? Thank you for great haircut!

For a hair salon in Fitzrovia I was expecting a professional, high standard experience but unfortunately that’s not what I received. My haircut was booked with Kfir but i’m not sure if it was him as he never actually introduced himself to me. He cut my hair at least 4 inches short than I wanted - “I don’t want to lose too much length I just want a bit of layering at the front”. He used no heat protection or products on my hair before blow drying it for at least 20 minutes - I could feel my hair frying.
I was really hoping to find a new hairdressers I would want to go back to regularly but I definitely won’t be going back there. I’ve lost all the length I was hoping not to lose and then had my hair blow dried to a crisp.
