What a brilliant haircut experience! Friendly hairdresser who listened to my needs and gave me a cut I absolutely love, not to mention a dreamy head massage at the backwash. My only frustration is that I was just visiting London for a work event - but hopefully I'll be able to go back again as I am so happy with this cut.
