Bad experience — avoid at all costs.
I booked a package of 6 face laser sessions and had multiple issues throughout. After my first session, I didn’t receive any aftercare instructions until I chased up and asked for them myself.
Booking future appointments was also a nightmare — I often had to follow up multiple times just to get a reply and reschedule. At one appointment, despite having a confirmed 2 PM slot, I was left waiting for 45 minutes because she took in a waxing client before me. If she was running behind, she should’ve prioritised the existing appointment or at least communicated the delay.
For my fifth session, I didn’t even receive a confirmation text. When I reached out, I was told I missed the appointment — with no call or message beforehand to confirm. That session was essentially wasted. Forgot to add she also lost my paper work to.
I won’t be returning. Very unprofessional and disorganised. Would not recommend
