I had a massage with Paulo to focus on my tight shoulders, after having one somewhere else and not getting what I needed. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the welcoming environment, I felt at ease. Paulo took the time to discuss my specific issues and tailor the session to my needs.
He utilized a combination of deep tissue techniques and gentle stretches, and I came away feeling better than I have from any physio. Thank you Paulo!
