Myofascial massage was great, feeling relaxed and with more movement range. Paolo was very knowledgeable and intuitive, I booked also a sound bath afterwards and it was the cherry on the top. Great experience.

I recommend Julia / Transcend for reiki and I will definitely be going again. Julie was excellent and explained everything well, before and after the session.
There is a cafe and shop on site.
