I'd completely messed up my appointment time and despite arriving ridiculously late, Paulo still did a treatment and didn't charge me for the full 1hr 45 even though he absolutely should have. Really appreciated your kindness and holding a safe place in my moment of mayhem.

My swedish massage with Liv at Transcend was fantastic. The vibe at Transcend is great and Liv was just so lovely and caring and honestly, it was the best massage I've had, I immediately felt relaxed, the massage was the perfect pressure and I will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend.
